I just finished my final year studying evolutionary biology at the University of Edinburgh, and have spent some time working on testing machine learning algorithms for assigning COVID lineages. My project here in IGS is training models to monitor the heights of crops. In my free time, I am a keen curling player (the sport with throwing stones and sweeping ice) and I enjoy going to classical music concerts and musicals.
