For the first time Intelligent Growth Solutions has exhibited at the AgriteQ conference in Doha. The event which runs from 19 to 22 March at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC) is a key calendar event in the region, aimed at highlighting innovation in agricultural techniques and the path towards future food security and sustainable development.
In 2019 IGS, in collaboration with International Real Estate Partners (IREP), was one of the partners representing UK innovation through the British Department of International Trade in Qatar.
Christina Porter, Business Development Manager at IREP said: “This has been an excellent event and an opportunity to meet many different groups within the agricultural sector, as well as those looking to invest in or support the movement for ensuring food security in this region and others globally.
“We have had considerable interest in our technology systems from those who are embracing the opportunities presented by vertical farming. Those we have talked to have been particularly impressed with the approach taken by IGS to address core challenges for the emerging vertical farming sector with its technical solutions that have been developed with true capabilities for the data-driven world of the future.”
IGS, alongside IREP, was exhibiting at stand J21 at the Doha Conference and Exhibition Center with the kind support of the British Embassy.
