Sandy's role oversees the sales and legal teams, working to ensure seamless and effective commercial interactions.

Gina Mercier
Gina is a Senior Account Manager at IGS, and loves helping our customers realise the economic and environmental advantages of our technology. With over fifteen years of experience in sales and product management in both the public and private sectors across industries such as specialty chemicals, technologies, and agritech, Gina excels at simplifying complexity, overcoming barriers, and building valuable networks.

Douglas Elder
Douglas Elder is Head of Vertical Farming Solutions at Intelligent Growth Solutions (IGS). He joined IGS in 2015 to project manage the development and construction of the company's first vertical farming facility at Invergowrie, near Dundee. In his current role, he works with customers and commercial prospects to translate complex agricultural challenges into tailored technology solutions.

Phil Prizeman-Green
Phil is a Plant Scientist at IGS with a background in plant photobiology. Before joining IGS, he completed a PhD in Plant Sciences at the University of Edinburgh, where he studied how plants respond to environmental stress and light quality. His work focuses on developing evidence-based growing strategies, optimising crop performance, and applying scientific research to commercial vertical farming systems.
