Learning and development
We encourage continuous learning across all levels of the organisation. We offer bespoke programmes with tailored modules and courses, as well as coaching and mentoring opportunities. This is underpinned by an annual personal development fund for every permanent employee.
Out learning and development programme covers: onboarding, mandatory training, specific training and personal development.
We also offer structured learning schemes through modern apprenticeships, graduate apprenticeships, internships, work experience and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (ImechE).
