Hypercare
Hypercare is an onboarding service that gives customers an extra helping hand with their operational start up. This is available to customers working at scale, offering on-site assistance from our team of experts right through to the first harvest.
Hypercare covers:
• planning and preparation – we work with you on the foundations for every aspect of your operation, from what equipment you are integrating, to streamlining production
• four weeks on-site access to our team – specialist members of our team will be on-site for four weeks, helping you to get up and running with direct access to support
• accelerated time to market – we’ll upskill your staff and implement operational improvements, so you’re ready to go to market sooner
Crop consultancy and recipe development
Our dedicated Crop Consultancy and Recipe Development service combines deep-rooted agronomic expertise with the knowledge we’ve gained over conducting trials on 250 varieties of crop. It helps customers align market demand with recipe development, optimisation, and ongoing consultancy.
Our crop scientists work with you to:
• conduct desk strategies and identify the best format and growing strategy for what you want to grow
• develop, trial, and fine-tune recipes to ensure optimal lighting, irrigation, and nutrient delivery
