After a few years as a teacher, I started doing the software thing and that’s where I’ve been for close to 20 years. I have worked in a number of roles, but always focused on working with customers and users, ensuring their needs are understood and that the people who do the real work (the developers) know what to work on when and why. I’m also an avid Agilist and will talk about Scrum, iterations, increments and sustainable excellence until you’re begging for mercy.
