I am half Dutch, half German, I grew up in Switzerland and Scottish by heart. I am passionate about people and found the right profession about 13 years ago when I started working within HR. Since then, I am proud to have been working for organisations which have a positive social purpose and therefore very pleased to be part of the IGS vertical farming crew. I enjoy bringing the best out of people by applying a 'Coaching' approach in everything I do. In the near future, I plan to receive my ‘Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice’. In my spare time, I enjoy walks with my partner and dog, exploring the beautiful countryside, cycling and socialising with friends and family. I am a Scottish rugby supporter and enjoy going to watch the games at Murrayfield.
