Rory McLeod
Born, raised and educated in Dundee, I am a keen plant scientist and have a passion for problem solving. I completed a PhD in plant pathology from the University of Dundee where I focused on molecular diagnostic tools. Before joining IGS, I helped develop technology and protocols for indoor farming including container based, research vertical farms. I have also developed tools to boost germination rates in cereal crops using hydroponic growth systems. Outside of plants, I love listening to music, being outdoors, camping, watching (and sometimes playing) rugby and running long distances.
