For many years I worked in Glasgow Based Banking Call Centres in a variety of service and management roles, so if you ever got through to one of them and received excellent service, we may have spoken! I decided to retrain via CodeClan just before the COVID lockdowns, and now work as a Software QA Engineer. I have a mix of hobbies which range from Resin 3d Printing and Magic: the Gathering, to hiking and camping. I am very excited to be working on and with systems that really make a difference in the world.
